Returns


1. Can I return my purchased item?

In the event that you've received a faulty/wrong item, you may return them within 14 days of purchase and a replacement will be offered. Items must be unworn and unused with all tags/packaging attached and intact. If these has been removed, we would not be able to replace for you. Should a replacement not be available, a refund will be offered.

*Please note that there are no exchanges/replacement on sale items and headbands unless faulty for hygiene reasons.

Do email us regarding your return. You will then be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to advise once the return has been finalised.

2. How will I return my faulty item?

Kindly email us and we will arrange a courier to pick up the item for you.

3. I changed my mind, can I do a refund?

No refunds will be provided for change of mind reason.

4. I ordered the wrong item, can I do an exchange?

We will be able to do an exchange for you as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Please ensure that you review your orders carefully before confirming at checkout.
